Tricon Sunridge is a single-family-rental (SFR) community in Sacramento, California, developed by Tricon Residential in collaboration with Regis Homes of Sacramento. The community features modestly sized three-bedroom homes in the high growth/high demand suburb of Racho Cordova. Tricon Sunridge will expand access to high-quality, affordable single-family homes in great neighborhoods, with easy access to good schools, job centers, and essential community resources at a monthly cost well below that of homeownership.
