Challenge: Rezone property from AG to Single Family Residential, Multi-Family and Light Commercial through the City of Roseville's specific plan process.

Solution: Sares Regis enabled the development of more than 5,000 single-family residential units, as well as a public golf course, several parks and schools. In addition to entitling the property, Sares Regis also designed and built the infrastructure on the west portion of the property and facilitated the bond sale totaling in excess of $35 million.
