SARES REGIS was retained by TIBCO Software to manage the development process for
their campus in the Stanford Research Park. SARES REGIS collaborated with Stanford
Management Company on site planning and city approvals and managed the tenant
improvement process. The facility has a state-of-the-art customer briefing center and a
first-class cafeteria. Subsequent to the completion of the project, SARES REGIS assisted
TIBCO in terminating their space lease and purchasing the facility from Stanford.
