Phase I: 200,000 s.f. Call Center - $34 Million - Completed January 2002

Phase II: 200,000 s.f. Call Center - $39 Million - Completed July 2006

Phase I of this state-of-the-art Call Center was completed and occupied in less than nine
months from acquisition of the land. SARES REGIS studied multiple locations for this
facility and managed the project from inception to occupancy.

Phase II is linked with a two-story pedestrian street which is enclosed by a 744 foot long
skylight. This is the longest continuous skylight in an office building in the Americas
