Bay Street One is a clear illustration of our ability to step into a project,
solve real problems and facilitate a successful exit strategy.

Bay Street One is a community of 95 townhome condominiums above the
west side of Bay Street, a thriving mixed-use retail center in Emeryville.
Regis represented the fourth of four housing groups to touch Bay Street
One and was the only group able to guide the project to completion.
We joined the team after the retail was already bustling with shoppers but
before the housing had been constructed. We rethought the unit count,
the layout of the units on the podium and their floor plans. After making
substantive changes on paper, the homes were constructed above the
operating retail center and Bay Street One was repositioned at the top of
the Emeryville market. After sales, Regis has continued to service the
homeowners through its Customer Care and Warranty Services Group on
behalf of the Developer.
