Joint venture acquisition of three warehouse distribution buildings totaling 475,000
square feet on 30 acres. Development of additional approximately 580,000 square feet
of industrial product on adjacent 49 acres. Construction to begin in the first quarter of
2009. Project is the only speculative warehouse development currently in the pipeline
and represents high-end, modern distribution facility just off Richmond Parkway in
proximity to Interstate 80.
