Working as fee developer for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company,
SARES REGIS is redeveloping this 9-acre Class “C” commercial/industrial park into a
state-of-the-art LEED-certified Class “A” office campus. This site’s top-rate location
along the Highway 92 corridor created an opportunity for a “Signature” office
development in the mid-peninsula.
