            Founded in 1992, Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and its affiliates, Regis Homes of Northern California and Regis Contractors of Northern California are regional companies and are affiliated with Irvine-based Sares Regis Group.

            SRGNC focuses its development efforts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and metropolitan Sacramento real estate markets.  The firm is based in San Mateo, California with a second office in Sacramento. The firm acquires, upgrades and/or develops land, commercial and residential properties for its own investment portfolio and investor clients.
The firm collaborates with many corporate clients to manage their facility and growth needs.  Some of the clients for whom the company has developed projects include Symantec Corporation, Electronic Arts, Northwestern Mutual Life, Tibco Software, Intevac/Stanford Management Company, Star Financial, EFL Development, the City of Hayward and Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life.

            Regis Homes of Northern California is one of Northern California's leading homebuilding companies, specializing in well-designed, well-located, high quality homes.
