Managed the entitlement process to achieve a General Plan Amendment and PD Zoning for 80 acres consisting of 450,000 s.f. of
retail and 1,000,000 s.f. office/R&D. Approvals obtained June 2006. Currently managing the marketing program for the
retail space.
