SARES REGIS Group of Northern California was selected by Stanford Management (Stanford University’s Real Estate
Management Company) and Intevac, a high-tech manufacturer to joint venture the redevelopment of a five-acre site in the
Stanford Research Park. SARES REGIS managed the city approval process, design process, and construction management
process to develop a 112,000 s.f. office building. This building is currently leased to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
