Regis Homes, in partnership with BUILD/Bridge Housing built 103 condominium units on the former Sun Building site. There is a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes. These homes have been built next to the new home of Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life and 56 senior housing units. Homes sold from $450,000 to $950,000. The project has sold out and was completed in Summer 2011.
