Acquisition of Bayside Business Park, a 246,500-square-foot, fully-leased industrial
building in Fremont. The space is configured for 26,060 s.f. office, 77,962 s.f.
lab/assembly and 142,428 s.f. warehouse. Situated on 10.44 acres of land and built in
1989, the facility is strategically located near Interstate 880, providing convenient
transportation access to the entire Bay Area, its three international airports and the
ports of Oakland and Richmond. The entire industrial building was leased to
Super Micro Computers in March 2008.
