Sares Regis Group of Northern California, L.P., has acquired over 25 million square feet of office and industrial space on behalf of our institutional and financial partners since 1994.  In 2008, Sares Regis acquired one million square feet of industrial space in the San Francisco Bay Area.  We approach each acquisition opportunity with a focus on creative strategies for increasing property values and providing returns to our capital partners via our extensive network of local professionals including brokers, core tenants, elected officials, attorneys, contractors and consultants.
