The Plaza is the first phase of the proposed Pilgrim Triton Master Plan, which will include 730 residential units and almost 300,000 s.f. of commercial space. The Plaza includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rental homes, in buildings stepped back from 3 stories to 5 stories in height, and a 5 1/2-story at-grade parking structure for resident and guest parking. Amenities include a pool, spa, fitness room, wellness center, club room, media/business center, outdoor kitchen/living area and a bocce ball court.

 

The development was completed in the summer of 2013 and received LEED Gold certification.
