These attached condominium homes were developed within the existing St. James
Historic District of San Jose. Regis Homes partnered with the San Jose Redevelopment
Agency to develop this site and as a result provided eight below market rate units.
This intuitive building design utilized the latest construction techniques including high
density parking lift systems in the above-grade structured garage. The community was
completed in 2009. Home prices ranged from $320,000 to $500,000.
