Together with Mark Kroll, Rob is responsible for the executive management of all operating divisions in Northern California. He is also President of Sares Regis Western States Multifamily Fund, a $200 million apartment acquisition fund.

Ms. Bryant joined Sares Regis Group in 1993 with responsibility for the Bay Area commercial property portfolio. She oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and MIS activities for the company and closely monitors the performance of all active development and operating projects.

Mr. Parker joined Sares Regis Group in 1999 in the Irvine, California office and moved to Northern California in 2003. He oversees all residential development project marketing, sales and leasing activities, as well as overall design of graphics, advertising and interiors.

Tim DeGoosh joined SRGNC in June 2006 and is Vice President/Regional Manager for the Commercial Property Services Division in Northern California. His responsibilities include commercial property management, construction management, marketing and leasing. Tim reports to Vince Ciavarella, the President of the Commercial Property Services Division, who is based in Irvine.
Tim has an extensive background in the commercial management and leasing business for institutional investors such as CalPERS, JP Morgan and GE Capital. Prior to SRGNC, he was a District Manager with RREEF where he handled a large portfolio throughout the East Bay, including a portfolio once owned by Sares Regis Group called Whipple I, II and III located in Union City, CA. Prior to RREEF, Tim was an Area Manager for Bedford Property Investors located in San Jose.
Tim is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, has a CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, degrees from Control Data Institute and Brevard Community College and he is involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a veteran who served honorably with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
